MG&E
needed to find efficiencies in a replacement
service facility, and wanted to take that
opportunity to make a positive and powerful
statement to its community and staff.
Services
Our
facility planning method led to
a plan for the company's first shared
facility that illuminated the community
spirit of an organization founded
in 1896. This project, designed by
Potter Lawson Associates of Madison,
won an award from the American Institute
of Architects.
Results
In
addition to large capital cost savings,
staff efficiencies and improved communications
between groups, retention is extremely
high and the community reception of
this busy facility remains strong.
