A comprehensive long-term facility plan considered all aspects of these decisions: location (market position, labor pool, and transport), design (size, layout, image), and financial performance (fixed costs, expenses, liquidity) and resulted in a bold plan including a detailed menu of flexibility.

Results

This five-year plan of consolidations and expansions added flexibility as well as capacity and efficiency in all its markets and for all of its service types. It ability to respond quickly to client opportunities led to several large multi-year contracts.
